How billing works
No setup fee. No long-term commitment on monthly plans: cancel any time from your Billing page. Everything below is also in our Terms of Service.
Day 1
Choose a plan and a billing term, tell us roughly how many clinicians you have so we can estimate the cost, and put a card or bank account on file. Nothing is charged. Every trial includes both Scheduling and Credential Management. Add as many clinicians as you need: you are billed for the ones who are active when the trial ends (at least one). You can change your plan or billing term at any time until day 8.
Day 5
We send you what would be charged for your plan, term and the clinicians active that day, with a link to change anything.
Day 8
The first charge is made. If your plan includes only one module, the other module's features and the data you entered in it become unavailable on day 8; if that module is Scheduling, this includes the mobile app. The data is kept and comes back if you add the module later. Cancel before day 8 and nothing is charged.
Charged right away, prorated to your billing date. A clinician who replaces one who left during the period costs nothing.
Takes effect at your next monthly billing date, or at your annual renewal.
Takes effect right away. The unused part of the current month is credited against your first annual charge.

Billed up front, non-refundable, with your rate locked for 12 months. They renew automatically, and we email a reminder 30 days before renewal.
Pay by bank account (ACH) with no processing fee, or by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee (lower, or none, where the law of your state limits or prohibits it). The fee is not charged on debit or prepaid cards or on bank payments. It is shown at signup, included in the total of any change you confirm on the billing page and listed separately on every invoice, and it is not refundable if a charge is later refunded. Bank payments can take several business days to settle.
